Private Executive Advisory Client Agreement

This Client Agreement governs your participation in Private Executive Advisory services with The Lauren Kay (“Lauren Kay,” “Lauren,” “we,” or “us”). By checking the acceptance box and submitting payment, you (“Client” or “you”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms below.

1. Private Executive Advisory

Private Executive Advisory is an ongoing one-on-one advisory relationship designed to provide strategic, personal, spiritual, and complementary wellness support for CEOs, founders, business leaders, and other private clients.

Depending on the situation, Lauren’s work may incorporate strategic conversation, coaching, prayer, Christian faith and biblical principles, spiritual discernment, muscle testing, Emotion Code®, Body Code®, Belief Code®, God Talks principles and practices, and other tools within her training and scope of services.

2. Nature and Scope of Services

Lauren provides faith-based spiritual and strategic advisory, coaching, educational, personal-development, and complementary wellness services. These services are not medical care, psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, legal advice, financial advice, accounting services, human-resources advice, or any other licensed professional service.

You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions, including decisions involving your health, relationships, finances, business, employees, leadership, and personal or spiritual life. When specialized professional expertise is needed, you agree to consult an appropriately qualified professional.

3. Initial Three-Month Commitment

Private Executive Advisory begins with a required three-month initial commitment at $997 per month. By enrolling, you are making a financial commitment to the full three-month period regardless of the number of sessions you ultimately schedule, attend, or use.

Ending participation before completion of the initial three-month period does not eliminate the remaining payment obligation. After the initial three-month commitment, services automatically continue month to month at the then-current agreed rate unless canceled according to this Agreement.

4. Sessions and Reserved Availability

Your monthly payment reserves ongoing space and availability within Lauren’s private client schedule. It is not the purchase of a fixed number or bank of individual sessions.

Private advisory clients generally meet approximately two to three times during a monthly billing period. During the initial three months, clients commonly meet approximately six to ten times in total. These numbers describe the typical rhythm of the relationship and are not a guarantee of a particular number of sessions.

Sessions and services available during a billing period must be used within that billing period. Unused session time does not accumulate, roll over, convert to a credit, or have a cash value.

5. Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Missed Appointments

At least 24 hours’ notice is requested when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Lauren will make reasonable efforts to provide another available appointment, but another appointment during the same week or billing period cannot be guaranteed.

Appointments missed without notice are considered used and will not be replaced, credited, refunded, or carried forward. If Lauren cancels a scheduled appointment, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule it, and you will not forfeit the session because of Lauren’s cancellation.

6. Between-Session Communication

Scheduled private sessions are the primary means of receiving advisory support. Brief text communication may be used on an emergency or time-sensitive basis when an issue reasonably cannot wait until the next scheduled session.

Between-session communication does not replace scheduled sessions or guarantee immediate availability or response. For medical, mental-health, safety, or other true emergencies requiring immediate assistance, contact an appropriate licensed professional or emergency service.

7. Payments and Refunds

All payments are nonrefundable once processed. Because your payment reserves ongoing space and availability within Lauren’s schedule, refunds or credits are not provided for unused services, missed appointments, scheduling conflicts, or your decision not to use the services available during a billing period.

8. Recurring Billing and Cancellation

After completing the initial three-month commitment, services continue month to month. To cancel, you must provide at least seven (7) days’ notice before your next scheduled billing date.

Requests received fewer than seven days before the next billing date may not prevent the upcoming payment from being processed. Once processed, payments are nonrefundable.

9. Confidentiality

Lauren respects the privacy of her clients and will treat information shared within the private advisory relationship as confidential, subject to applicable legal requirements.

10. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for evaluating information, insight, recommendations, and guidance received through Private Executive Advisory and determining whether and how to act upon them. Participation does not transfer responsibility for your decisions or their consequences to Lauren Kay or The Lauren Kay.

11. No Guarantee of Results

No particular personal, spiritual, health, leadership, business, employment, operational, or financial result is promised or guaranteed. Testimonials, examples, case studies, or experiences of other clients do not guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.

12. Intellectual Property

Materials provided by Lauren are for your personal use unless otherwise stated and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, sold, taught, or used commercially without prior written permission.

13. Testimonials, Images, and Recordings

Participation does not give Lauren permission to publicly use your name, image, likeness, testimonial, personal story, or session recording. Permission will be obtained separately when applicable.

14. Right to Decline or Discontinue Services

Lauren may decline or discontinue the relationship if it is no longer appropriate, productive, respectful, safe, within the scope of services, or if circumstances such as nonpayment or inappropriate conduct materially interfere with the relationship.

15. Age Requirement

Private Executive Advisory is intended for adults age 18 and older.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you accept responsibility for your participation and decisions. Lauren Kay and The Lauren Kay will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the services where such limitations are legally permitted.

17. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

18. Agreement and Acceptance

By checking the acceptance box and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement, including the three-month initial commitment, recurring monthly billing, nonrefundable payment terms, scheduling requirements, cancellation policy, scope of services, and your responsibility for your own decisions and results.
