What organizational advisory includes

You bring what's happening in the business. We look underneath it together, and you leave clearer about what needs to shift and what comes next.

Private Executive Advisory

Two private sessions each month, just for you. Bring the decisions, pressures, people, and opportunities you're weighing. This is a confidential space to think clearly about things you may not be able to talk through with your team.

A dedicated prayer hour

An hour set aside to pray specifically for your company, its leadership, and what's ahead.

A monthly group session

Once a month, I lead a guided session with your team over Zoom. Depending on what the season calls for, this may be a God Talks session, guided listening prayer, or another group activity designed to bring clarity and alignment.

Support between sessions

One or two check-ins between sessions when you need them. When something comes up, you can message me without waiting for our next call.

Continuity over time

Because I understand you, your company, and the work we've already done, you don't have to start from zero every time something new happens. Each conversation builds on the last.

How is this different from private advisory?
Private advisory is focused on you as an individual. Organizational advisory includes that same private support for the leader, plus a prayer hour for the company and a monthly group session with your team.
Is there a commitment?
Organizational advisory begins as a month-to-month advisory relationship.
Who takes part in the group session?
That's something we decide together. It might be your leadership team, a department, or whoever makes sense for what your company is navigating. We'll talk it through on your discovery call.
Is what we discuss confidential?
Yes. Your private sessions are a confidential place to think through what's happening, including things you may not be able to talk about with your team.
What happens after I fill out the questionnaire?
I'll review your answers before we talk, so our discovery call can focus on what's really going on in your business. From there, we'll decide together whether working together makes sense.
