These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of services provided by The Lauren Kay. By purchasing services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Nature of Services

Lauren Kay provides faith-based spiritual and strategic advisory, coaching, educational, personal-development, and complementary wellness services.

Depending on the service, Lauren's work may incorporate prayer, Christian faith and biblical principles, spiritual discernment, coaching, muscle testing, Emotion Code®, Body Code®, Belief Code®, God Talks principles and practices, and other tools within her training and scope of services.

These services are intended for spiritual, educational, advisory, coaching, personal-development, and complementary wellness purposes. They are not medical care, psychotherapy, legal advice, financial advice, or other licensed professional services.

Additional information and informed consent regarding the methods used in individual client work will be provided during client onboarding where applicable.

Client Responsibility

Clients remain responsible for their own decisions and actions, including decisions involving their health, relationships, finances, businesses, employees, leadership, and personal or spiritual life.

Lauren may provide observations, recommendations, coaching, spiritual or strategic insight, prayer, discernment, or other guidance for the client's consideration. The client retains responsibility for determining whether and how to act upon that information.

When a matter requires medical, mental-health, legal, accounting, financial, human-resources, or other specialized professional expertise, clients should consult an appropriately qualified professional.

No Guarantee of Results

No particular personal, spiritual, health, leadership, business, employment, operational, or financial result is promised or guaranteed from the use of Lauren's services.

In particular, no guarantee is made regarding increased revenue, income, profitability, sales, business growth, employee performance, productivity, cost savings, company valuation, or any other business or financial outcome.

Results may be affected by numerous factors outside Lauren's control, including client decisions and actions, implementation or nonimplementation of recommendations, employees, leadership, market and economic conditions, and other circumstances.

Testimonials, examples, case studies, potential outcomes, or experiences of other clients do not constitute a promise or guarantee that another individual or organization will achieve the same or similar results.

Payments, Billing, Refunds and Cancellations

Payments, recurring billing, initial commitments, scheduling, appointment cancellations, missed appointments, unused sessions, refunds, and cancellation of ongoing services are governed by the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.

By purchasing services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to that policy.

Confidentiality

Lauren respects the privacy of her clients and will treat information shared within the client relationship as confidential, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Additional information regarding confidentiality, client records, and informed consent will be provided during client onboarding where applicable.

Intellectual Property

Materials provided by Lauren, including written materials, training materials, worksheets, presentations, videos, recordings, frameworks, exercises, and other original content, are for the client's personal use unless otherwise stated.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, sold, taught, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Testimonials, Images and Recordings

Purchasing or participating in services does not automatically give Lauren permission to publicly use a client's name, image, likeness, testimonial, personal story, or session recording.

Permission for any such use will be requested separately.
